If you book a guided tour, you will not receive your tickets via email. Once your reservation is confirmed, you must go to the meeting point indicated in your confirmation email on the scheduled day and time (please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts). Our staff will hand you your tickets, and you can begin the tour with your guide.

Are the Tickets to the Catedral de Sevilla included if I make a reservation that includes an AUDIO GUIDE?

If you book an audio guide, you must follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email for downloading or picking it up.
