How and when will I receive my tickets? +
1. Booking confirmed
After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you have purchased personalized tickets, you will always receive a form to complete your personal information via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. It is essential to complete this form within 30 minutes of booking in order for the tickets to be issued correctly.
2. Ticket delivery
Our delivery commitment is:
●  Up to 24 hours before the visit for advance bookings. 
●  Up to 1 hour before the visit for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
When the tickets are available, you will receive your ticket by email and, additionally, we may send it via WhatsApp and/or SMS for your convenience. Furthermore, 24 hours before your visit, you will receive an automatic reminder through the same channels.
3. Exception: tours with in-person ticket delivery
For guided tours, tickets are not sent in advance, as they are delivered directly by the guide to our client.
● Delivery takes place at the meeting point on the day and time of the visit.
● The client must go to the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email.
The type of tour purchased (digital delivery or in-person delivery) is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Is the Ticket to the Seville Cathedral included? +
Yes, all our products include the entrance ticket to the monument (except for the purchase of the audio guide only).
Are the Tickets to the Cathedral and Seville Giralda included if I make a reservation that includes a GUIDED VISIT? +
If you book a guided tour, you will not receive your tickets via email. Once your reservation is confirmed, you must go to the meeting point indicated in your confirmation email on the scheduled day and time (please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts). Our staff will hand you your tickets, and you can begin the tour with your guide.
Are the Tickets to the Catedral de Sevilla included if I make a reservation that includes an AUDIO GUIDE? +
If you book an audio guide, you must follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email for downloading or picking it up.
What documentation do I need for access to the Cathedral of Seville? +
It is mandatory to carry your original physical ID (DNI) or passport.
Can I bring the tickets to the Seville Cathedral in digital format? +
Yes, no problem. Tickets can be presented in any digital format as long as the QR code is legible.
Do children need tickets to access the Cathedral of Seville? +
Everyone needs a ticket to enter, regardless of age. Without a ticket, access to the monument will not be permitted.
Can I change or cancel my tickets to the Cathedral Seville? +
Once the reservation request has been made, as stated on the website and explicitly accepted during the purchase process, it will not be possible to modify the name, date, or time, nor cancel the tickets. Therefore, no refunds will be issued.
Can I take advantage of the right of withdrawal?
No, as stated in Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. According to Article 103, which refers to exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
1) The provision of services related to leisure activities, if the contracts specify a specific date or period of execution.
Is it possible to eat inside the Giralda and Cathedral of Seville? +
Eating is not allowed inside. However, there are designated areas within the premises where you can eat, rest, or use the restroom.
Is there a left-luggage service in the Cathedral of Seville? +
No, there are no storage facilities available.
Is the visit to the Seville Cathedral cancelled in case of rain? +
No, the visit takes place regardless of weather conditions.
What happens if the Cathedral and the Giralda are closed to the public? +
In exceptional cases, the monument may notify us of its closure on very short notice. In this case, we can reschedule your visit for another day or provide a full refund. However, closures are rare.
