Reimbursement Policy
At the end of the reservation process, you will be asked to fill out a form with personal data required to access the monument.
- You are responsible for filling out and sending the personal data form required for access to the monument.
- If you do not send your personal data, we are not responsible, you will not be able to access the monument for reasons beyond the company's control and your reservation will not be refunded.
- If you do NOT send the personal information requested within 30 minutes after the time of booking, it is possible that there is no availability of tickets for access to the monument, in this case you will be offered several alternatives to visit the monument. In any case, the reservation is non-refundable.
- In case you send your personal data later than 30 minutes after the time of booking, we are not responsible for the availability of tickets to the monument, and your reservation is NOT entitled to a refund.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address for sending the reservation information and monument access tickets. If you provide a wrong and invalid email address, obviously, you will not receive the information of your reservation or the tickets to access the monument, in this case, we are not responsible for the information provided by you and the reservation is NOT refundable without the right to a refund.
